Do not directly hammer the bearing face and the non stress surface during installation. The bearing shall be evenly stressed by pressing block, sleeve or other installation tools. Do not transfer power through rolling body for installation. If the mounting surface is lubricated, the installation will be smoother. If the interference is large, the bearing should be heated to 80-90 ℃ in mineral oil and installed as soon as possible. The oil temperature shall be strictly controlled to not exceed 100 ℃, so as to prevent the hardness reduction of tempering effect and the size recovery of influence. When it is difficult to dismantle, it is recommended that you use the disassembly tool to pull outward and carefully spray hot oil on the inner ring, which will expand the inner ring of the bearing, which will easily fall off.
Not all bearings require minimum working clearance, you must select the appropriate clearance according to the conditions. In the national standard 4604-93, the radial clearance of rolling bearing is divided into five groups - 2 groups, 0 groups, 3 groups, 4 groups and 5 groups. The clearance values are from small to large in sequence, among which 0 groups are standard clearance. The basic radial clearance group is suitable for general operation conditions, conventional temperature and interference fit; The bearings working at high temperature, high speed, low noise and low friction should be large radial clearance; For precision spindle and machine tool spindle, smaller radial clearance should be selected; For roller bearings, a small amount of working clearance can be maintained. In addition, there is no clearance for the separated bearing; Finally, the working clearance after bearing installation is smaller than the original clearance before installation, because the bearing should bear certain load rotation, and the elastic deformation caused by bearing matching and load.
In order to solve the sealing defects of the seal bearing with inlay type, there are two steps to be strictly carried out in the process of adjustment.
1. The cover structure of inlay seal bearing is changed to both sides of bearing. The installation structure of equipment bearing is adjusted without direct contact with bearing. Dust proof treatment is carried out for bearing from outside of bearing. The sealing effect of this structure is higher than that of bearing self-seal sold by bearing agent, which directly blocks the path of particle material invasion, and ensures the cleaning of the bearing interior. This structure improves the cooling space of the bearing, and has little damage to the bearing fatigue resistance.
2. Although the sealing effect of bearing external sealing is good, the cooling path is blocked, so cooling parts need to be installed. The cooling device can reduce the operating temperature of lubricant. After cooling, it can be cooled naturally, so as to avoid the high temperature operation of the bearing.
